• Venue & Operations Data: Digital menu items, inventory metrics, pricing tiers, table configurations, kitchen orders, and sales performance logs.
• End-Customer Usage Data: Anonymized interaction logs when dining patrons scan dynamic QR menus, view digital dishes, or submit table assistance requests.

2. Payment Processing & Easebuzz Compliance

All subscription payments and renewals on Foodcher are processed via our authorized Payment Aggregator partner, Easebuzz Private Limited:

• Data Protection & PCI-DSS: Foodcher does not collect, process, or store sensitive payment credentials—such as credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs—on our servers.
• Secure Tokenization: All transaction flows are executed via 256-bit SSL encrypted channels directly through Easebuzz's RBI-regulated payment infrastructure, compliant with PCI-DSS Level 1 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Cross-Border Transactions: For international subscriptions processed in USD, EUR, or other supported currencies via Easebuzz Atlas, billing information is handled in accordance with international data security and RBI export remittance reporting requirements.

3. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected operational and account data strictly to power and enhance your smart kitchen operations:

• Provision dynamic multi-tenant databases and synchronize real-time kitchen orders.
• Deliver automated inventory tracking, low-stock alerts, and production bake lists.
• Generate AI-driven sales reports, peak-hour insights, and business growth analytics.
• Authenticate administrative accounts, process subscription renewals, and issue valid GST invoices.
• Transmit mission-critical security notices, service uptime updates, and customer support communications.

4. Data Isolation & Security Measures

Foodcher employs enterprise-grade transport layer security (SSL/TLS encryption), role-based session access controls, and strict database isolation across all multi-tenant shops. Your restaurant's proprietary recipes, sales turnover, and customer analytics remain strictly isolated to your verified account credentials.

5. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or commercial business data to third-party marketing brokers. Data is shared exclusively with certified technical infrastructure partners necessary to deliver our services, including:

• Easebuzz: For processing online payments, fraud screening, and handling settlement payouts.
• Cloud & Database Providers: For encrypted web hosting, database storage, and real-time synchronization.
• Regulatory Authorities: Solely when mandated by applicable law, court orders, or statutory compliance obligations under Indian law.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain your business data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon subscription cancellation or upon receiving a formal data erasure request, your tenant records and database tables will be archived or permanently deleted in accordance with statutory accounting and tax compliance laws.
